I began writing poetry in my teens, but it was clunky stuff lost to time. A crisis in my marriage prompted one worthwhile piece — a prayer really — in the 90s, but my move to Whidbey Island in 2002 immersed me in a world of writers, a pewter place of water and sky. That relocation turned the spigot. Now poems are my means of acting and reacting with life. I hope you’ll enjoy the results.
